Why do you need a website?...

Even a basic site with couple of pages can do lots of impact on your web presence. By adding your logo, designed free with this package, few photos of your choice, and the right information, you make sure that the whole world will be able to know your business and see your services.

What is included?...

Domain Name: This package will give you a domain name, a UK TLD (Top Level Domain) either .co.uk, .me.uk, or .org.uk as long as the name you choose is available. We can do the search for you, just give is an idea of what the business is, or your company name and we will match one if the exact one is already taken. Please note, in order to reserve the domain name for the future, there will be a charge of £30 per year. You can cancel and release the domain name at anytime free of charge, just write to us on a company letter within the first 12 month, or just before the next renewal day.

Customised Logo: We will also design an impressive logo for your company if you don't already have one. This logo will be yours, provided to you separately on CD to use on your stationary such as letterhead, company cards, compliment slips, invoices, etc. This logo can be registered as your trade mark in the future.

Customised Buttons: Site visitors need to go to another page on your site, such as the contact or the products page, so they click on these buttons that link your site pages together. These buttons will be created free, as part of this package, to much the colours of your company logo. Of course you can choose any colour and shape you desire.

Web Pages: We will design up to 20 pages with at least 5 dynamic database-driven coded pages, include static text and photos. We can edit, delete, or replace any page for free as long as we still host your site.

Any additional work required after the site has been up and running for more than 2 months will be charged at £20 per page. This is only when you have new business related details to add, amend, or remove, however your contacts page can be changed at anytime free of charge.

E-mail: Separate your departments using different e-mail addresses, such as sales@... or support@... for efficient and professional practices. With this package you get up to 20 e-mails, 3 of them can be Virus-Scanned and Spam-Free before you even receive it.

Databases: Your data will be hosted on an a reliable and secure SQL server that we fully administer, we can also create a basic database of up to 10 tables to implement in your website. Database design and management is included in this package.

Content Management: If you use this site for providing products or services to visitors using a database, you need the ability to add, edit or remove items, change prices, etc. then you need a 24/7 direct access to your administration pages which will be through a secure logon on the admin section of your site.

Support : Support of your site will be provided over the phone, by e-mail, or onsite. If you have a dedicated administrator, we can provide full training on the use of the site, including the administration part and we will also provide you with written instructions for future reference.
